Our guest for today is Dr Jenny Zobel – mother of a daughter who departed from on a career in the pharmaceutical industry for a self-employed more balanced path to personal and financial freedom for herself and others.

In the second half of today’s episode Jenny joins us from Costa Rica – where we speak to Self-worth and health and wellness for women over 35. And of course I add my little bit for men over 40.

Before that we speak to the string of pearls that emotions are – and how we deal with them. Jenny’s “fuck you letters” – and how many negative emotions simply come down to fear. We discuss how she overcame her past struggle with the English Language. The inspiration awakened by a new English Teacher and the new opportunities that presented themselves.
